Flowers - one could call them the most subtle of messengers - by their very appearance, delicacy and finesse, they arouse feelings in the recipient. It would seem that nothing but the fragrance attributed to them can emphasise their charm more. However, man, a very clever creature, has given some of them additional attributes, and assigned secret meanings to all of them. Don't believe it? Find out by reading on. Here are just some of the inhabitants of the incredibly diverse flower world:
Anemone - according to legend was created from the body of the tragically deceased lover of the goddess Venus - Adonis. In the mysterious language of floristics, it means, among other things, attachment to someone's soul mate, to whom it is usually given.
The pansy is said to have been, in his lifetime, the good and sensitive son of an exceptionally cruel heir. He was supposedly killed when he took a stand for his oppressed subjects, which provoked a fit of anger in his parent. The clearing where he was buried was very quickly covered with these flowers. In florist-speak, it symbolises delicacy
Imperial crown - was also said to be the only flower that refused to bow to the suffering Christ, heading for the place of execution. It was only with another, harsher glance that the flower became 'ashamed', burned with a blush, i.e. took on a more intense colour, and laid its petals down like a frightened horse's ears. This unusual appearance has remained with it to this day.
The chrysanthemum - according to stories from Japanese culture, is the flower of eternal undying love, and each of its many petals is said to signify one year spent together by the lovers. With us, too, in the secret language of flowers, it points to eternity. The white chrysanthemum is supposed to assure someone that the giver still has warm feelings for her. The yellow chrysanthemum suggests jealousy rather than love.
The cyclamen heralds the final end of love and an inevitable parting.
Chicory - the blue petals of the chicory are said to silently tell of the misfortune of a girl whose heart has burst with grief after the death of her beloved in distant lands.
The violet is said to have been created from the tears of Adam, in despair over the loss of Paradise. It is a sign of modesty and the quiet but strong feelings the giver has for the recipient.
Hyacinth - named for the six young men who fell victim to the jealous and possessive love of Zephyr, the Greek god of the wind. Zephyr, whose favour Hyacinth rejected, choosing Apollo, took revenge on both lovers. While they were practising a discus throw, Zephyr directed the air currents in such a way that the said disc struck Hyacinth, causing wounds that proved fatal. The distraught Apollo turned the drops of his beloved's blood into a flower that made both the name and the sad story famous.
Mistletoe - it is definitely a plant with a positive, not to say kissable, message. It too derives from myths, evoking the joy of one of the goddesses, Freya, upon regaining her son, whom she managed to resurrect after three days of effort. The legends say that Freya offered a kiss to every person she met for three days after this event. People found that it would probably be nice to continue this friendly gesture. Thus, the custom was born whereby we can offer or steal a kiss from someone if we spot even a sprig of mistletoe nearby.
Lily of the valley - symbolises delicacy and beauty, and can be given to someone who has captivated us with their outer and inner beauty.
Lily - stands for beauty and dignity. It was one of the royal symbols in France.
Lotus - in India it is believed to have arisen from the blood of the gods, and is a symbol of harmony, beauty, perfection. The lotus flower is readily used as an image to show the beauty of the balanced state of mind that can be achieved through meditation. In the voyages of Odysseus, eating the lotus flower caused a complete loss of memory and no desire to return to his former life. There are references to the lotus flower as a term for one of the positions in yoga and intimate living.
The forget-me-not is meaningfully the opposite of the lotus. It is meant to be a constant reminder that the one who received the forget-me-not is someone very important to the giver.
Rose - beautiful, subtle, romantically elegant depending on the colour, it can be a messenger of fiery love (red), shy behind an invitation to it (white) a subtle suggestion in the style of: I like you (teal). There are about seven thousand varieties of roses. The Persians had an exceptional love for these flowers and even established a Rose Day.
The legendary fern flower, popular in the folklore of our lands, cannot fail to be mentioned here. Finding it on Midsummer's Night was a guarantee that your fondest desires would be fulfilled. Who knows, perhaps it is even better that the fern flower does not want to be found? It is also known that it is within ourselves that we are to look for the inspiration to realise our innermost dreams.
Flowers are a beautiful gift from nature, a wonderful excuse to assure others of our affection. All we need to do is to choose a fragrant gift appropriate to the occasion. If you are unsure of the choice, you can rely on a florist for this. Flowers are timeless ambassadors of affection: although they are silent on their own, they are sometimes enough for a thousand words.

The magical symbolism of flowers

What is Kabbalah?
Kabbalah, what is it really? It is possible that someone once heard: "Well, that's quite a Kabbalah" or even differently: "Bet you a kabbalah?" In the first case, someone probably had in mind a problem or difficulty that someone was facing. To bet someone a Kabbalah colloquially means to lay out the cards, as in solitaire, and make a fortune. There are several different (invented) interpretations of the unfolded cards that can be found on the Internet. This information does not have to be taken seriously, but rather as something we look at with a so-called wink. However, it is true that the occult Kabbalah was used for magical, divination purposes.
What is the Kabbalah really? Well, the Kabbalah was originally a certain strand of mystical thinking. In its basic version, it is concerned with ways of translating, explaining the text of the first few books of the Old Testament, but not only. The next level of initiation is an approach more related to esotericism, and more specifically to an esoteric method of treating Old Testament texts. Particularly useful in this was gematria, the study of additional hidden meanings of words, related to their numerical value. And here a tiny word of explanation: the individual letters of the Hebrew alphabet were assigned numerals. These are, respectively: 1 to 9 (the first nine letters), full tens (the next ten letters) and 100, 200, 300 and 400 (corresponding to the last three letters). Here is an example of gematria in practice:The description of the creation of the world in Hebrew in the first book of the Bible has 434 words, and the word "delet", meaning door in Hebrew, has exactly the same numerical value. The (rabbis') allegorical explanation is that the description of the creation of the world represents a 'door' to understanding the Bible in general.Other practices relevant to the field of Kabbalah were temura and notarikon. Temura (Hebrew for 'transformation') involves rearranging the letters in a word so that a given letter corresponds to the preceding or following letter. This was used, among other things, to meditate on the nature and terms of God. Notarikon, on the other hand, is a method of developing the initial or final letters of a word into specific sentences. Both methods were used for mystical meditation, meditating on sacred texts. It was meant to enrich, to enlighten the soul of the reader (meditator), so that he or she would discover the additional meaning of the message hidden in these texts.
Other important texts for Kabbalists are the books of Sefer Yitzir, the Book of Creation, as well as the Zohar, which deals with the attributes of God, and the writings of other mystics such as the Sephardic, Zaragoza-based Abraham Abulafia and Isaac Luria. It is possible that notarikon in particular was used to create and explain prophecies based on sacred texts. In this way, the texts were linked in some way to an attempt to predict the future. Perhaps in this lies the seed of an occult branch of the Kabbalah that also served divination?
The mysticism of the Kabbalah was for a long time somehow hidden from the common man, passed on in closed circles from master to disciple. Something quite different was the Hasidic movement, once very widespread in Poland, present-day Ukraine or the former lands of Galicia. The essence of Hasidism was not intellectual deliberation, but seeking contact with the Most High through joyful, often ecstatic dancing and singing. This, too, was a form of prayer. Hasidism was very popular especially among the poor, uneducated followers of El-Shaddai, the Almighty. And here is how He was referred to in the mystical book Sefer Jecira:
"Yah, Yahweh of Hosts, the God of Israel, the Living God and King of the World, El Shaddai the Loving and Merciful, the High and Sublime, the Dweller on High and the Holy One - His Name".
Few probably know that the concepts associated with the Kabbalah have their relevance in contemporary culture, literature and film. How is this possible? Well, in hidden Kabbalistic symbolism, the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet brought to mind a golem. Who (or what) was a golem? It was a human-like creature made of earth, but without a soul. It was supposed to be animated by the letters of the divine Name, written on a piece of parchment and placed in its mouth. This is consistent with one of the tenets of the Kabbalah. It went something like this: if God creates by speaking, a mystic immersed in the Divine Spirit can do the same. This is the origin of the magic phrase we all know: abracadabra. Yes, the seemingly 'familiar' abracadabra derives from the Aramaic language, where avra k'davra means: "saying-I create".
But let us return to the golem. According to legends and tales, such a creature could move and obey commands, but was supposed to be blindly obedient to the man who directed it. An early European form of zombie, you might say, wouldn't you? In one of the more contemporary stories, such a zombie rebels against its human 'creator', and is so strong and aggressive that the only way to avoid general disaster is to destroy it. Doesn't the character of Frankenstein from Mary Shelley's Gothic novel come to mind somewhat at this point?
Cabalistic motifs can also be found in the works of Franz Kafka, Isaac Bashevis Singer and, from our native backyard, in the works of Bruno Schulz, author of The Cinnamon Shops and The Hourglass Sanatorium.
As far as films are concerned, Jan Potocki's "Rękopis znaleziony w Saragossie", directed by Wojciech Jerzy Hass (1964), has become a classic of Polish cinema. There, too, one can easily find references to the Kabbalah, both in the book and its film adaptation.
The Kabbalah is (or seems to be in its most commercial edition) also an inspiration for many quite contemporary artists of the music scene and beyond. The interest in the Kabbalah by many celebrities can be cited here. These include: Madonna, Demi Moore, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, and, closer to home, Kayah, Otylia Jędrzejczak or Maryla Rodowicz, and more recently (probably) Małgorzata Kożuchowska. I just wonder if tying a red thread on their wrist has brought about some kind of spiritual revolution in them? The question of inner transformation is interestingly put by contemporary exponent Michael Laitman: "The path of Kabbalah is a long, difficult process of redefining the goals in a person's life, of reassessing oneself, of clearly defining the direction of a person's desires."
As a separate strand of mysticism, it has lived to see many studies. If anyone reading this text feels an inner need for further spiritual education, that is great. If you wish to learn more about the history and development of the Kabbalah, you will easily find information in both printed and electronic form. One only has to wish for perseverance in reading.

Sleep position and personality
An old proverb states: "The king sleeps on his back, the wise man on his side, the rich man on his stomach".
It is common for feisty people with a strong sense of self-worth to sleep on their backs, which can sometimes appear arrogant. Laying on one's back in sleep with the thighs folded down can indicate openness not only in the sexual sphere, but also in life in general. For health reasons, sleeping on the back promotes general relaxation and looseness of the whole body, but sleeping on the back also intensifies snoring.
We are happy to sleep on our side. It seems that the fetal position is chosen by anxious, closed-in people. It is a silent signal under the title 'I need support'. A head covered by a pillow represents anxiety about the future. The most favourable position is with an upright posture and slightly bent knees. This is how well-balanced people with high adaptive potential lie down. Sleeping on the left side is beneficial for people who work hard physically, facilitates digestion, while sleeping on the right side provides relief from liver problems. Cardiac patients should probably not sleep on their left side.
Sleeping on the stomach indicates people with a tendency to dominate, to control their surroundings, and the deeper the relationship, the easier it is to control others.
Legs exposed beyond the level of the bed may indicate a desire for change, legs crossed - may indicate inhibitions in dealing with other people, legs bent at the knees and extended forward - aggression.
Hands clenched into a fist are a sign of aggression and defence, hands grasping parts of the bed - looking for support from others, hands placed oppositely to each other is a sign of inner dilemma.
The position in which lovers sleep can say something about their relationship.
Couples like to fall asleep in the spoon position. The partners lie, each on the same side in a semi-fetal position closely side by side, like two teaspoons next to each other, hence the name. Their heads face the same way, their arms embrace their partner and sometimes their hands rest on the other half's intimate area. If the man lies at the back, this indicates his dominance in the relationship, while when the woman lies at the back, it indicates her leadership, (over)caring or commitment.
A very intimate sleeping position is the one called the embrace. The partners lie opposite each other each on a different side, facing each other and having their legs intertwined. This arrangement indicates great passion in the relationship. A certain emotional distance between the lovers reflects the fact that they are seeking their own micro-spaces in bed. This does not indicate a weakening of their feelings, but rather a decrease in sexual activity and a mutual trust and sense of security. A sudden change of position may indicate some sort of sleep nightmare, slight physical discomfort, or some sort of change of emotion. During sleep, communication between partners takes the form of body talk.

A few words about amulets and talismans
The wearing of amulets has a very old tradition. This custom has been known almost since the beginning of human cultures. Amulets were very widespread, as archaeological finds from different periods of ancient history, scattered all over the world, testify. People simply felt safer carrying a small object that they believed brought good luck.
We do the same, taking something 'lucky' with us to give us a boost before an important and extremely stressful event. It could be an important test, a driving test or a university exam, or a job interview on which it depends whether we get our dream job. In such cases, the task of the amulet is to raise our self-confidence, to strengthen the positive attitude, the source of which is within ourselves.
With amulets and talismans in earlier times (and possibly not only in earlier times) it is a little different. It is believed that their influence is related to what, when and for whom they were created (or made). Amulets, unlike talismans, are objects of natural origin. It is possible to select an amulet suitable for everyone by choosing objects, trinkets made of precious stones. This is because there are connections between precious stones and the various Zodiac signs (this information can be found on the home page, next to each Zodiac sign in the article "how to attract luck") .
Amulets are supposed to protect the owner from, among other things:
- evil spirits,
- bad people
- misfortunes
- accidents
- diseases
- thefts
- elements
It is said that an amulet is meant to guard against bad influences (or charms), while a talisman is meant to attract positive aspects
Talisman
The term talisman is derived from the Persian tilisman, the Greek telesma 'consecrated object' and the Arabic tilaasm 'magical image'.
Talismans are prepared over many days or weeks, according to strict rules. It is also necessary to follow the recommendations regarding the place and the period in which the talisman is made (this is about the effect of the phases of the moon on the talisman being made). Various aspects of astrology, numerology or Kabbalah are also important. Talismans come in many forms. In ancient times, they most often took the form of so-called sigils. A single si gil (from the Latin sigillum - "seal") is a sign created for a specific magical purpose. In ancient times, they were drawn on parchment or paper (sometimes engraved in metal or stone), and positive powers were summoned then. Sigils are transmitters of magical power that focus power within themselves like a lens of light. They refer to broader aspects of power and were made according to the requirements of secret knowledge, so they have a greater impact than ordinary pendants. A sigil should be worn with you, preferably in your pocket, as its essence is to act, not to adorn the owner. Everything concerning the creation of sigils is specified in a secret Book of Magic, and its secrets are closely guarded and available only to the initiated.
As such, talismans are meant to attract good luck, but it is better when their actions are focused on a specific area of life and a specified purpose. They may relate to, for example:
- finding the perfect partner
- good luck with the opposite sex
- getting a job
- career
- wealth
- increased chances of winning games of chance (the probability of winning the lotto increases by more than three thousand times)
- good relationships within the family
- quit smoking and alcohol
- fight against being overweight, leading to obesity
- fight depression
- gaining more self-confidence
A talisman should be as personalised as possible. This means that it should be created for one particular person. It will then have a much stronger effect on the bearer than generally available talismans. The causal powers of the talisman will concentrate on one person. Every person is different, lives in a different environment, has a unique character assigned to him or her. His destiny is also different, just as the astral systems were different when each of us was born. Some will be favoured by a power spell relating to the element of water, others by a spell relating to the element of fire. The realm of spiritual and astral influences is very dynamic and individualised. What has a positive effect on some will have a negative effect on others. The best solution, therefore, is a personal talisman subjected to a sacralisation process by a magic practitioner.

The secret of hypnotic séances
For a hypnotic séance we will need a quiet room and a place where we can make ourselves comfortable. This could be a recliner in a private practice, but also a comfortable home chair with backrests or simply our bed. The important thing is to feel comfortable and safe there. Once we have laid down, we can begin to listen to the voice guiding us into trance. This could be a specialist at the practice, someone familiar at our home or our voice, recorded and played from a cassette or in mp3 form, whatever you like. This part of the séance is called induction and is meant to help us enter trance. The spoken (or rather listened to) text - the so-called relaxation suggestion - can be more or less categorical (e.g. NOW YOU HAVE TO relax or NOW YOU ARE relaxing). The next command, or deepening suggestion, allows us to drift off even more. For example: "Your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier, so heavy that you can't open them... Now I'm going to count to three and with each number your eyelids will get heavier and heavier and you really can't open your eyes" etc.
Once the trance is reached, one moves into the next phase of hypnosis. In professional writings, this is post-induction suggestion. It has another, nicer and unfamiliar name: it is visualisation. This technique consists of imagining, or imagining in one's head, a certain important and perhaps stressful situation that awaits us. We imagine it several times, each time performing well in our minds what we intend to do in reality. This kind of 'dry' rehearsal of the situation will help to get used to it. The upcoming event will not cause as much anxiety as before, and it is possible that we will approach it with stoic calm.
Visualisation is a very useful tool to increase our self-confidence and this will make others see us as competent. If we know what we are talking about and we know we are good at it, why should they perceive us differently? Sometimes the obstacles are our inner inhibitions, fears, complexes. We can attempt to get rid of them, these inner demons, by countering them with images of the complete opposite in visualisation. There are two very short and wise sayings about the human being as a whole:
You are what you eat.
You are what you think of yourself.
Paraphrasing this second sentence, we could say: your thoughts (beliefs) shape you. Therefore, if we cultivate in our thoughts the qualities we would like to have, it will probably not be too long before we behave similarly in normal life. Someone may say: "err, humbug and all that". By closing oneself off to incoming ideas, one is denying oneself the chance to have new experiences.
Returning to the hypnosis session, the commands given in the trance state should be positive, short, simple and treated as a present matter:
I am relaxed (instead of: I don't want to be tense)
I am losing weight (instead of: I do not want to gain weight)
I am effective (instead of: I don't want to fail)
It turns out that our subconscious does not accept the word 'no'. Therefore, when forming commands, do not use the words 'I don't want to', 'I can't', 'maybe', 'I will try'. The effects can be counterproductive.
The great advantage of visualisation is that it can be adapted to almost any matter occupying our mind. The technique can support our efforts to combat smoking, overweight stress and high blood pressure, pain of various origins, complexes. It can also be useful to some extent for chronic sleep problems, or in combating panic anxiety, otherwise known as phobias.
Visualisation can be an invaluable aid when it comes to rebuilding confidence in oneself. As it turns out, visualisation and hypnosis are starting to make a career in the medical sector. They can help you survive a drill procedure in the dentist's chair, and in maternity wards, they are slowly being recognised as a natural alternative to standard anaesthetics. It may seem, but what has one got to do with the other? Imagining places and mentally 'moving' there, to reduce the sensation of quite intense pain? It turns out quite a lot. Focusing our attention on an object, a point or an internal image helps to distract our brain from the pain we are feeling. Having already become skilled at visualisation before visiting the dentist, you may be tempted to trick your body, and try to sensory switch off the area to be treated.
Hypnosis is used on a similar basis for natural childbirth. - The (counter) young mother, when led into a hypnotic trance state, is transported with her thoughts to the chosen place. There she also "stays" mentally. In this way, she 'forces' her brain to follow the thought. The trance and the focus on something else to some extent lessens the pain of labour.
The method of visualisation is useful in the professional sphere, it allows us to recover instantly during our lunch break, it unleashes our creativity. This last argument is particularly convincing for artists of all disciplines. After all, every work of art lives first inside the one who invented it, right?
The hypnotic séance ends with a rousing formula, called the induction of the ending. It sounds roughly like this:
"You are happy, relaxed and content. You are enjoying your wellbeing. Now I'm going to start counting down from 1 to 10 and you will slowly start to come back to full consciousness. Come back feeling relaxed as if after a long rest. Start coming back now. One, two you go up three four five six seven eight and ten, open your eyes and walk all the way back feeling great. Very good."
Very similarly, self-hypnosis works, which, as the name suggests, can be used on its own to improve one's wellbeing or discover more talents within oneself. For the mind in a trance state, there are no limits. It is possible to find creative solutions to problems in this altered state of consciousness. It is important to set yourself a specific goal for which you are going into a trance. Try out the trance methods yourself and choose the one that suits you best. After all, everyone has different sensitivities. If there are issues of a more serious nature that we cannot deal with on our own, it is best to seek out an experienced therapist.
How do you distinguish between mental problems and a curse, a charm?
As a psychic with a background in psychology, I would like to explain in this article how to tell the difference between a charm or curse and a psychic illness. I would like to point out from the outset that this is a very difficult task and that in most cases it takes a long time before it becomes apparent that someone is the victim of an extra-material force.
Mental problems can manifest themselves in a variety of behaviours.
The most common disorders include: -schizophrenia,
-depression,
-psychopathy,
-bipolar affective disorder,
-borderline.
Initially, when someone presents with their problems to a psychiatrist, a diagnosis is made that corresponds to the symptoms. Of course, the possibility of a charm or curse being cast by a third party is not taken into account.
And what are their main symptoms? These are:
-a feeling of meaninglessness,
-lack of desire to work,
-empty feelings,
-weepiness,
-mood swings.
As one can easily see, all the characteristics can be matched with mental disorders. This is why it is so difficult to distinguish between ordinary disorders and the actions of third parties. However, years of experience have taught me to distinguish these problems from charms. Well, the main difference is that in the case of curses and charms, the symptoms appear unexpectedly, without much reason. Of course, this is not the only criterion, but if someone comes and says that everything is going well in his life, and yet he has been feeling awful for some time, is constantly overtired and even has suicidal thoughts, the possibility of a higher power must be considered. Mental problems are always either the result of what is going on in our lives, or they are an illness, the symptoms of which must have already been apparent. Anxieties and malaise unrelated to either our health or what is going on in our lives are most likely the result of someone's magical influence.
Further features of curses and charms are that normal treatment and psychotherapy do not help. In the case of normal disorders, there is a high probability of recovery after the above-mentioned methods. Modern doctors are perfectly capable of helping with various mental disorders, but they do not believe in curses and do not include this possibility in their assessments of the patient's health. However, when they try more and more methods, which also prove to be ineffective, they can only make the person's condition worse. It is then necessary to take into account the option that a cast spell is to blame and replace the psychiatrist with a specialised psychic.
Here too, however, each case must be examined individually. Sometimes we are not dealing with a charm at all, and the patient is simply resistant to a particular type of medication or psychotherapy. However, one cannot close one's mind to either method.
Third-party influences should also be considered when a person with a disorder has had a number of misfortunes in quick succession. When it seems that coincidence in so many cases is simply impossible, it could mean that someone has caused it on purpose.
Often, however, we just have worse days and they do not have to mean a curse straight away. Some people don't cope well with stressful situations and tend to become depressed; this doesn't have to mean an attack on our person either. We should also not become paranoid and see in everyone a potential witch or someone who wants to put a curse on us.
I dealt most frequently with charms among patients complaining of emotional problems. What these people had in common was that they felt emotionally empty in relation to people of the opposite sex, they were unable to have feelings for anyone, and at the same time they would very much like to have a relationship with someone. After careful analysis, it often comes out that they are under the influence of love magic. If you too are experiencing such problems, it is worth considering whether you have also fallen victim to a charm.
Love charms can be removed, of course, if you are a competent person. It is better not to try the spell yourself, because you could make the situation worse. Once the charm is removed, our situation will return to normal. So let's not panic, but analyse our lives as meticulously as possible, think about who might have a grudge against us or be angry with us. Discovering this is the most important step both in stopping the spell that is hindering our lives and in improving our relationship with the person who holds a grudge against us.

The magic of candles - or how to change your fate in a very simple way
Until electricity was invented and became widely available, candles were the main source of light. Initially a luxury item, they adorned the rooms of the wealthy and celebrated important events. Associated with the element of fire, apart from light they carry an element of mystery, horror... Probably for this reason, candles became silent witnesses and participants in magical rituals. This is how a separate branch of magic was born, called, as you might guess, candle magic. This type of ritual combines the power of concentration and visualisation, the hypnotic effect of a creeping flame and the healing effect of colours.
As part of the ritual being performed, after lighting the candle, it is a good idea to imagine oneself (or the person for whom the ceremony is being performed) surrounded by light of a colour corresponding to that of the lit candle. Such an action is called invoking a colour. The same is done if, as part of a candle ritual, we wish to ask for support or invoke some protective deity from the pantheon of Slavic or Celtic gods, or from other cultures. It is then good custom to light a candle in the colour ascribed to that deity or goddess.
So how do the different candle colours have an effect and what rituals can they serve? Here is some information:
White candles - meditation ritual, cleansing ritual or ritual for dedication to a cause, support for clairvoyance practice, crystal ball divination. A white aura signifies a spiritually strong person who is approaching the completion of their incarnation cycle. White can relieve ailments associated with fractures, toothaches.
Brown candles - aid concentration and telepathic action, especially helpful when assisting with magic rituals to search for lost objects, has a protective effect (especially regarding pets). Brown is the colour of modern priestesses and shamans, women involved in witchcraft. A candle in brown will work particularly well with those in the sign of Capricorn.
Black candles - are most commonly used in black magic. They can also be used to ward off the spirits of the dead and to separate from negative energy sent towards a person. The colour black does not function as a separate colour in the aura, but is instead associated with deities and the world of the Underworld.
Red candle - is intended for rituals related to physical love, passion, sexuality, fertility, spells to act as an aphrodisiac. It favours strong-willed and dominant people (it is often their favourite colour). Typically, red is associated with high energy levels, vitality. However, if it visibly dominates a particular person's aura, it most likely indicates major health problems. Red candles especially enhance rituals for Aries and Scorpio The colour red can alleviate such ailments as anaemia, exhaustion, frostbite, liver infections, neuralgia. It is beneficial in cases of leukaemia and cancer.
Orange candle - great for stimulating and energising. Therefore, it is recommended in states of exhaustion, weakness, burnout, depression. The presence of the colour orange in the aura may suggest a tendency towards chaotic behaviour, disorder and an unstable personality. It is beneficial when we carry out
Blue candle - has a soothing and calming effect. It can also have a protective effect when we are asleep, defending us from all sorts of external energy intrusions. The blue colour is conducive to entering a meditative state, aids in the treatment of fevers, sore throats, headaches, ulcers, relieves menstrual pain, lowers blood pressure, accelerates the healing of sunburns, skin irritations and minor cuts.
Purple candle - can be particularly helpful for spells relating to psychic manifestation, strength, invoking good luck, strengthening a sense of independence and protecting the home hearth. A lighter shade of purple, falling more into the purple tones, has an inspiring effect and enhances creativity. On the health front, this colour may be beneficial for the treatment of the following conditions: asthma, colds, mental disorders, sinus problems, sleep disorders, psychosomatic complaints caused by stress, cancerous diseases. If a shade reminiscent of violet or lavender appears in a particular person's aura, it is likely that the owner/owner of the aura has the gift of healing others.
Pink candle - should be intended and used for rituals and spells of a love nature.
Silver candle - has a harmonising effect, restores balance, seeks the favour of the spiritual being we are addressing when performing a given ritual. A candle of this colour is especially recommended for people under the sign of the Twins and for the zodiacal sign of Cancer.
Grey candle - is most often used during rituals which aim to neutralise negative influences and such energy. The grey colour of the aura is a bad omen, as it is often a harbinger of death (as a result of incurable illness, accident, murder or bargaining with one's own life).
Green candle - is intended for rituals that aim to increase the enchanting person's chances of success in the financial, social, personal, love spheres (the fertility aspect also comes into play). The colour green can also be useful in spells to protect against greed and feelings of jealousy. A candle in this colour is particularly recommended for the zodiac Bulls. In the health sphere, the colour green is beneficial for colds, headaches, high blood pressure, kidney disorders and stomach ulcers. To see the colour green in someone's aura augurs well, it means that this person enjoys good health.
Gold candle - is primarily used for rituals dedicated to solar ceremonies and deities, i.e. related to sun worship. As for other purposes, the golden colour works well with spells invoking good luck, prosperity, abundance, cosmic intervention. The golden colour of the aura may indicate an outstanding maturity of the soul, which with its present existence is completing the cycle of incarnations assigned to it.
