How do you give power to an amulet?

 Before using an amulet, two important steps must be performed over it. We are talking about purifying the amulet in terms of energy and giving it power . If we entrust this task to a person with innate esoteric abilities, we can be sure of the power of our amulet or talisman. Nevertheless, we can do this task ourselves. However, it requires a great deal of concentration and working with energy.

There is a way of cleansing an amulet, especially recommended for people with little experience, in the sphere of esotericism. It is the cleansing of an amulet by means of visualisation and the assigned element with which we are most connected. The first step is to symbolically activate that element. In the case of the element of fire, we are to light a candle. Then we have to take the object to be purified in both hands and hold it over the flame for some time (be careful of the distance of the flame from our hands!) In general, the future amulet has to be exposed to the element of our choice (immersed in water, incense, then rubbed with wind or sprinkled with earth). One has to imagine (visualise) how, already after purification, the energy of the held object is replaced by the energy of the chosen element.

The next step is to empower or sacralise the amulet.

Conferring power to an amulet can take many forms, from the very complicated to the simplest formula. Simply energising the amulet is equally effective. The most important thing is that this should take place during the full moon (possibly during the phase of the incoming moon). On the other hand, it is advisable not to activate the amulet during the new moon phase or when the moon is "waning".
During the full moon, sit still, relaxed and relaxed. Then draw or imagine (visualise) yourself in this circle. Take the amulet in your hand in such a way that you touch it with all your fingers and visualise yourself sending your energy to it. Continue in this way in concentration for some time, until you feel that the object has become saturated with your pure energy. Then it is time to relax and loosen the fingers (fingers may ache).
In the hand we hold our own energised amulet, ready for action.
